• Contact info you provide. If you book a discovery call or message us, we receive your name, email, and any details you share.
• Chat conversations. Messages you send to our AI concierge are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. Conversations are not stored on our servers.
• Basic analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate, anonymous page views. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.

We do not request, collect, or store protected health information (PHI). The chat widget is configured to refuse PHI and redirect medical questions to a clinical professional.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• Provide and improve our services.
• Send occasional follow-ups about projects you've engaged us for.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate. Each is bound by their own privacy terms:

• Cloudflare. Hosting, CDN, analytics.
• Anthropic. Claude API powers the chat widget.
• Calendly. Discovery call scheduling.
• Google. Email via Gmail.
• Stripe. Payment processing for clients.

5. Cookies

omenbuilds.com does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a single, anonymous, security-related cookie to mitigate abuse. Calendly may set its own cookies when you book.

6. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain a working relationship. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

omenbuilds.com is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
